We read this as a February selection and I served chocolate dipped strawberries. Everyone is still trying to eat healthy so this is a good compromise. Also played some of the movie soundtrack music.
No reading guide/ discussion questions from the publisher.

An escape book. You feel as though you are living in the village and could easily picture yourself having a lovely afternoon treat at the chocolate shop.

Well developed charatrts that you take to your heart. Descriptions of chocolate (and people) that ate so vivid you can smell them through the pages. Nice to have a break from books that are heavy or depressing.... (read more)
