You will feel like you know what it was to actually live in Tudor England. Very intimate feel to the book. The characters are complicated, sympathetic, real.

I attended two book clubs discussing Hilary Mantel's WOLF HALL. Both groups had people in both camps: you either love the book or hated it (well couldn't finish it; were confused by the writing, etc.). I loved this book. You feel as you're walking around London with Cromwell back in time. Wonderful writing. Brilliant historical novel.
