"All things in a single book bound by Love" by dearkitty (see profile) 02/03/09

A truly mesmerizing story of love that takes you on a journey through Hell to medieval times. After a car accident the narrator wakes in the burn unit of the hospital. While recovering he meets a woman who says she knew him when he was burned the first time.
This story captured me from the first page and never let go long after the end. In fact I read it again and took notes this time. Loved this story and it's many layers.

Amazing book comparison of contemporary burn victims and 13th century ones with a love story which is believable even though not very logical.

This is one of the best books I have read in a long time! The details of the injuries and healing are graphic. A love that transcends time, beautifully written.

It captured my attention quickly. May be graphic at first, but slowly unveils an excellent story that is not easily forgotten.

The graphic nature of the subject matter may be too delicate for some book club members, but if most posess an open mind, could make for livey discussion. Good for those who like a little fantasy mixed with reality. A good read nonetheless.

Very interesting, and we all loved the author's use of sarcasm/wit. Yeah for historical fiction!
