We had a good discussion for this book--not all essays were liked, but everyone in the group found essays that really touched them. Other essays, while not deeply moving, sparked good conversation. You didn't have to agree with the author to appreciate his or her point of view. Many members agreed that they learned something. One member is trying to write her own essay.
