I chose this this book because the title and summery implied that it would touch on the controversial issue of abortion. When I read the first few chapters I quickly learned that it was a fluff, whodunit, murder mystery novel. It was a nice escape from the serious novels I'd been reading recently, however it didn't touch on the issue of abortion from the pro life side or choice side. I don't have anything against James Patterson, but I would compare this book to one of his.
