Mostly common sense advice for feminists but the descriptions of the specific cultural attitudes were very interesting. Organized and easy to follow on audio. Some suggestions won’t work for every person so it’s not a one-size-fits-all guide.

This book made me realize that I have many qualities that were taught to me that I don’t really like. The language that we use is so important during child development. While I was reading I kept thinking to myself “wow that makes perfect sense, no wonder I think that way.” It was very relatable for me.
