I really liked this book. Its focus is a group of friends and the the gay community at the beginning of the AIDS epidemic. It is a reminder that things many people take for granted such as healthcare and medicine are not available to all equally. The storyline of the friends is an easy read but the problems and decisions they faced are sobering.
