Loory took a workshop in writing horror, and this is what evolved. The book is a compilation of short stories based in dreams and fantasies - some scary, some heartrending, and all mysterious. Our club could relate to many of the themes -- obsession, fear, isolation, loneliness and longing. We had a far ranging discussion about many of the stories (there are 40 in all).
