I hope this has brought her the peace she so sorely needs...informative, graphic , and gloomy are my actual choices...

This book was very insightful about the experience of victims using the court system to press charges for sexual assault. It also provides a lot of insight into the life of a person trying to process the experience. While a difficult and sometimes dramatic read due to the subject matter, I’m very grateful for her courage and the inspiration she gives to so many other victims and those of us in their circles. My heart alternately aches for her and cheers for her. The narrative is clear and interesting and I find myself wanting to read more by this author.
