"We are not allowed to die here." by DILaurie (see profile) 02/04/18

This statement remains a theme throughout. In a very short book, Ms. Taylor manages to create an authentic feel for the process of aging in our society. How indeed does one manage to remain relevant while accommodating losses of friendship, mobility, and purpose? Yet it is so beautifully written that you won't for one moment regret reading it.
