True story about 2 strong women & the adventure of a lifetime & a history lesson thrown in.

I enjoyed the book, but I think the story got lost in all the extra details. I would have liked it much more if he had stayed to the story and the girls. I would only reccommend this to the right person- someone who loves history and details!

Great piece of history. Would have liked more detail on each woman\\\'s trip, but apparently they didn\\\'t record much. Overall, kept my attention and moved quickly (I did listen to the CD\\\'s, all 19 hours of them.)
