I thought the book was a very well-written historic novel. I was so caught up in Dinah\\\'\\\'s life that towards the end of the book, I could hardly put it down.
I would recommend to others with some reservations. Some members of my book club didn\\\\\\\'t like it at all.

Knowing the biblical stories related to the main characters made this story hard to read for me.
