this entire book is a long narrative, thoughts and memories one woman has while taking city transportation to an interrogation appointment.
The book is difficult to follow; the author jumps around from past to future. The story is pointless and frustrating. It does not build suspense, but takes the reader in redundant circles over and over. I was disappointed.
