"Two Women a generation apart." by lpollinger (see profile) 11/17/25

Thanks you Netgalley audio for this amazing book.
In 1997 Isabelle Vidal is forced to run away from her boarding school. She runs toward the Way of St. James, she has heard that the Camino will provide and she places all of her hope on that belief.
In 2024 Reina Watkins is given an unexpected opportunity to walk the Camino de Santiago and write an article for the magazine that she works for,
Each of these young women is looking for something, one is grasping towards the future, the other is trying to come to terms with her past.
I do not usually like stories that are told in dual times and characters, but this one is done beautifully and the narrators are excellent. The author, with her descriptions place you right with the characters on the Camino.
