My book club enjoyed the book for it's view into Hemingway's earlier life. It was a very interesting read.

In the Garden of Beasts

Was very interesting historically - You learn a great deal about a period of history that is not so commonly written about, which explains a lot about future events. The daughter becomes a main focal point at times and actually detracts from her father's work. Very factual. Reading the footnotes was an added bonus.
