This was the first time that our entire book club loved the book! Great book....great discussion!
Our group seemed to really enjoy discussing this book. Not sure it was everyone's favorite book they'd ever read, but it seemed like a great one for a book club discussion.
It was a sweet story. the last 50 pages where the best part of it. Much of our book club agreed that it was pretty slow, but historically interesting.
This book totally hooked me! It felt like a cross between Harry Potter and Hunger Games! Very fun and suspenseful!
Page Turner from start to finish..Very creative..! (Language is pretty bad and mundane, unfortunately.....)..but interesting story!
This book was a great for a book club discussion. It got us all talking about different elements that we could relate to and generated lots of interesting conversation.
Everyone that read this book in our book club seemed to get something huge out of it! What an interesting and inspiring read!
I really wanted to like it...but found it to be very scattered.
It started off slow, but I was really interested in the plot once I got about 1/3 the way through and then I couldn't put it down. I cried my eyes out at one point! Very touching story.
