My Reviews
I would like to have given it 3.5 stars, but not possible. Enjoyable historical fiction, but would have like to have heard less from the author and more from history.
I enjoyed this book, although none of the characters were likeable. It was well written, fast paced and kept you wanting to read more.
This book causes you to go on the journey with Hig; the good, the bad and the ugly. It's about hope, in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds against it.
Beautifully and descriptively written.
The writing was disjointed, as if it was written by different authors. It also read like a young readers book.
This book was full of twists and turns, and kept your attention. Great book for group discussion.
