Very Interesting but also graphic

I loved the historical parts of this book. It was a very interesting read. However, I don't like the details of some of the massacres. I know that this is what happened in history but I wasn't fully prepared for the details of the gore. Still, I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in history.

Throwback to OZ & Alice

This book was lots of fun to read, especially if you enjoy adventure & impossibilities. Some in our book club felt it was difficult to get in to and because it was written with more of an Old World feel I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. Loved the overall concept and story line. Very light and fun!
