Completely addictive!
I was so enthralled that I forgot to serve my kids lunch! Yikes! (That's never happened before! Ever!)
I felt really good about life just reading this book!
Compelling! I loved it but the last chapter was a bit tedious.

Unless maybe you are really into that time period.
Although Elizabeth is a bit self-indulgent, this book is still worth reading. Some in my Book Club detested her for this very reason, but most of us could identify with her in some way, even if we haven't traveled to Italy, India and/or Bali.

A really fun read. Not scary at all. You'll enjoy, even if you don't like Stephen King.
