Good but not great

An interesting time in history re-visited, and to a degree explained. Less dramatic in it's conclusion than I'd hoped. Well written, with well developed characters.

New perspectives of an experience we've all seen (the circus). Well developed, diverse field of characters. It will be fun to see the movie in the Spring! Enjoyable, entertaining, if troubling in parts.
