Too many tragic events and stories being told. So many unusual vocabulary words in book we actually played vocab jeopardy at our meeting.
It was an interesting about the culture and life in the 1960's and really informative. It makes you trult appreciate things we all take for granted.
It was really interesting to learn about circus life and the people and animals involved and all their dynamics. It was interesting how the author wrote the book from an older Jacob's point of view.
This was a book I would not have picked to read but I loved it. It was an interesting, exciting, and adventurous book.
Starts off a bit confusing and slow, gets better, then I was angry at the ending!
This book was really good. It made us cry and was inspired at the same time. We had a lot of great discussions about life and our children.
