Interesting

This book was interesting, but not my cup of tea...although Shirley Jackson was a good writer, she is too depressing for my likes. Her endings are too tragic for me.

Insightful, Interesting, Dramatic
I enjoyed the book

The writing was good and I liked the characters, although as Rachel says it is hard to believe a young girl can write poetry and use those big words...sorry I missed the meeting...barb.
