Nowhere near as good as The Girl With the Dragon Tatoo

It was almost as if this sequel were written by another author. I might have liked it better if I hadn't read The Girl With the Dragon Tatoo first - the bar was very high for the second novel, and Larsen didn't reach it.

Disturbing reading

The fragility of our lives and how easily they are destroyed by one reckless act - frightening stuff and disturbing. The book is a quick read, well done and stays with you. Made me want to hug my 15 year old daughter, who is way beyond hugs.
