It is interesting to read from each character's point of view. I loved how friendships were formed. Amazing how things were so different just in the past 40 or so years!
This book really changed my view on immigration, legal and illegal. Hard to imagine what really goes on in other countries even today. So sad.
This book jumped around from character to character, and didn't really have a point.
This book was such a good read! I loved the entire story, plot, characters, setting and it has a great ending!
Although fiction, it was interesting to read about Jacob's family, and how women lived in this era. Very engaging and hard to put down!
