Insightful, Inspiring, Slow
Boring

the storyline about the horse was good, but everytime she started on one of her tangents about herself, and how damaged her life was, I was completely turned off.

Scarpetta fan

This was the first book in the Kay Scarpetta series I picked up and was hooked. I have since gone back and started reading the whole series.
