I really enjoyed it. Touched on conflicts of women in traditional male roles of the time and difficult family dynamics. Also a love story between two women and how they navigate trying to keep it a secret from coworkers and family. One of the quotes from the book that meant something to me was” The rules for society came for everyone eventually: the too big, too small, too wild, too quiet, too strong, not strong enough.”
