My Reviews
Fun to read. Good characters.
My town chose this book as our "town read." I liked the beginning and the parts about the family were interesting. However, I found it too involved and repetitive about the science of the story. After Ms Skloot described it once, she should have moved on. I didn't need to know every gene and chromosome.
I couldn't put this book down. It was beautifully written and and extremely interesting.
This was a wonderful story. I found it easy to read and very informative. If you liked this one, You will Love The Buddha in the Attic!
I read this book for two book clubs and it lead to excellent discussions in both. I found it to be a powerful story, well told.
Fast interesting read, written from the child's point of view. Very sad.
Very touching story.
I could not put this book down. I really liked the characters and found the descriptions fascinating. Almost as good as Bel canto!
Bravo!!!!!
