I would read this book over and over again! Stephen king has such a beautiful mind. I love how every character had such a iconic role in this story. You will never look at abductions the same after this. What a great conspiracy theory!

I fell in love with kya and the marsh. Kyas ability to survive with no one is mind blowing. She learned how to defend herself, read, get her books published and find love. Such a beautiful story. You will fall in love with the marsh

The book was just good in my opinion. Elinoars story is about conquering her past. It shed light on how therapy does help a person, even with a history similar to elinoars.

I’m just not a fan of first person narration. I also messed up by watching the Netflix series first. The book is completely different and i can’t seem to get into the book. Note to self: do not ever watch a show or movie before reading the original book.

Beautifully written... this book is all about taking risks and making it to the finish line. It’s a story about four children on an adventure to St. Louis in search of a home. They ran away from a abusive Indian school which has a link to Odies past. It’s amazing. You won’t stop. I love the fact that the Bible was mentioned throughout the book. William Kent is an impeccable author!

The book was slow in the beginning, picked up in the middle and then just ended so abruptly. I figured someone would die but there was so much detail on everyone’s history, yet ends with nothing more then someone dead and everyone wishing they were the one who killed. I didn’t like it.
