Initially I was not swept away. A huge turning point for me was the development of the characters historically. As I learned more about their pasts it helped to add content to the developing story. The climax was surprising, and the ending finally left me wanting more. It is thought provoking and the author was able to make the characters strikingly relatable.
This book caught me by surprise. I was fascinated with the authors re-account of her life and her honesty and confusion about her own story. Her writing was compelling and addictive and also completely frustrating in the way that thought provoking books are. One of my favorite reads this year!
A quick burn! It was a simply entertaining and blatantly predictable read that got me thinking and wondering who is actually at fault in all of this. Small time investment for a decent payout.
I love this book. I bought it for a vacation and was not disappointed. It is definitely a book that gets you thinking and is easy to get invested in the story lines. Great read!
