The book is well written but dragged on during certain parts. Would have loved more detail about the end.
A page turner, in the sense that you always want to know more about the narrator’s life. Overall, it’s an interesting read and easy to connect with the narrator.
I found the book difficult to follow and some points. My favourite character doesn’t appear until the end. I would recommend that bookclubs don’t watch the movie. The book is significantly better.
Great read! The author’s writing style makes the reader connect easily with the story.
I found the book slow. The Obama’s life is just as I had imagined it. Michelle simply proves her family, life and relationship are real.
This book is intriguing for someone who lives in the province of Newfoundland. It lacks organization and direction.
