If you were literature major in school and loved poetry this would be the book for you. I kept trying to get back to the story and found the tangents to discuss poetry distracting and confusing.
I learned about history and diving and had fun doing it! This was a very different fun read!
The book is light and fun. Definately a beach/pool side read. Perfect for summer.
This is my all time favorite book ever. It has come back into vogue because of a new release by Follett. Character development is done well. You want to know more. Warning: can't put this one down.
I am not interested in horse racing but picked this up from the library because heard it was a good read. Not only was it an educational read but I found myself wanting to know how this book translates into the current horse racing times. Learned about American history also. Had a hard time putting this one down.
