My Reviews
Our club chose this spy thriller because the political climate it describes seems reflective of the current state of the US-Russia relationship today.
Fast-paced with a couple of surprises, this book was an easy read and entertaining. I was disappointed with the gratuitous mention of Christianity at the end and felt it was unnecessary to the story and definitely out of place.
Reading this book helped me develop empathy for those with this disorder. I found that reading his consistent recording of waking times, how many times this year he woke at that time and the weather was tedious, but that helped me understand how his mind worked and how he coped with the world.
