The Coast of Akron : A novel by Adrienne Miller
 
I found the book difficult to read.

The transitions of point of view are very hard to follow. I kept having to read the blurb in the dust jacket to see who may have been narrating the current section. I'm not sure my book group would think it worth the time.

Oblivion : Stories by David Foster Wallace
 
Our book club doesn't care for books containing short stories.

I don't really like short stories. I think they belong in magazines. I did try to read this for review purposes and had a very difficult time. I didn't enjoy any of the stories and thought there were much better things I could be reading.
