My Reviews

Between, Georgia by Joshilyn Jackson

Poorly Written, Slow, Unconvincing
Two families with very different lifestyles and lives.

Loved this book. It was a very easy read.
I live in "the south" and I have seen so many "Crabtees"..I just had to laugh at times. I have lived in Georgia and in Alabama so I think I've seen my share.
We talked a lot about nature vs. nurture and that is a big part of this story..along with learning to find you and then be you.
Nonny's men are so cool. Loved them both.
This book will stay on my self.

Fun, Inspiring, Optimistic
About a change brought to one's life due to a tragic turn of events.

Loved this book. It made you laugh and it made you cry. It made you think about your own existence and how you might change it if you wrote your own list

Loved the main character..she was somebody that you could easily be friends with.

I do recommend this book. It was a very enjoyable read.

Promise Not to Tell: A Novel by Jennifer McMahon

Fun, Unconvincing, Interesting
Who done it and why mystery

I enjoyed this book largely because of the mystery effect. It always had me wondering. It was an easy read..read it in one day. I do think that others will enjoy it especially if they like stories that are just a bit different, dark and mysterious.
