My Reviews

The Almost Moon: A Novel by Alice Sebold

Dark, Gloomy, Dramatic
I think it discuss an edge that no one ever wants to explore, she has done the unthinkable

It was difficult to read because the subject matter is unthinkable yet, you question.

Are you capable of killing your own mother? Do we ever really break away from our parents? and gentically speaking will we carry their same traits and pass them on to own children.

I'm not convenced this book was horrible...the subject matter is perhaps horid but they writing is well done.

However, if you are looking for a soft and fuzzy...keep looking this books isn't for you!

it's Dirty

It shows and insiders view of Cuba and is graffic in all nature of the spetrum. If your book club is open minded and wants to read a book about modern day Cuba this book isn't for all to enjoy.

The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch

Inspiring, Insightful, Optimistic
An easy read, and reminder that life is...

a book that should be read by our nation

This was difficult to read as having lived through this however, well written but be prepared and have the kleenex on hand.
