The group really liked the book once they got into it. It does start out kind of slow. Is anyone interested because we now have six copies of the book?

The members gave mixed reviews on this book. We found it genuinely interesting and a change of pace from our usual reading. Some thought it was a little unbelievable, but all in all, it got an A-okay and pleasant reading.

A Discovery of Witches

This book is very long and moves a little slow. It is reminiscent of the "Twilight" series. One member of our group described it as "Twilight meets Harry Potter."' Overall we enjoyed the book although I am not in a hurry to read the series.
