An easy and humorous read, but the book deals with some very serious issues. A book about change and optimism, friendship, and relationships. I would highly recommend this book.

Had great potential, but became boring and predictable. The characters lacked depth.

I loved Aunt Lidia and all the girls. Book reminds you of what is important in life.

"The colorful characters that were involved in Julia's life had such unique personalities it was impossible to put the book down."by louise228 (see profile) 08/26/08

Wonderfully written; Even though sad at times, the strength of the characters gave it all the emotions that made it a great story.
