Dr. Simone Degman revels in a life of promiscuity when she's not running through the halls of the ER. Abandonment issues have trickled into her adult life and has left her yearning for a love to call her own. Her girlfriends try to convince her not to fall in love with every man she meets, but simply use them to fulfill her physical desires. Simone finds comfort from an old boyfriend whose selfish act forces her to re-invent herself spiritually, emotionally and physically.
