Major Pettigrew's Last Stand is not to be missed. Simonson's words flow freely wrapping the reader into the story. Such rich characters, strong and flawed! Beginning to end, wonderful !

This book is well written with words worthy of quoting as they are insightful. While the author brings up topics worth pondering there are lots of funny scenes. I highly recommend this book.
