Personally I enjoyed the story, right from the first page. I felt sad for Victoria, yet I knew she would be alright, because she was truly loved. I enjoyed the flowers and their meanings.
As a book club, we all agreed it was a insightful book, and the fact that the author knew first hand about the foster care system made the book feel real. We enjoyed our discussion on the book.
