Informative, Dramatic, Insightful
A Haunting review of one of the worse moments in American History

If you love history, you will love this book. I love how the author took stories she heard about her family and made it into a novel about a time that holds a lot of interest for many Americans.

 
Dark, Graphic, Epic
Dark and confussing

Was an okay book. Very dark and long with too much attention given to the back story.
