The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society

Awesome book, I found it hard to put down.

Pointless, Slow, Dark
Twenty Fragments of a Ravenous Youth

I found this book slow moving and hard to read. It just didn't hold my interest.

Dramatic, Dark, Difficult
Wise Blood

I didn't care for this one. The main character seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and it just seemed dark all the way through.

World Without End

Although a bit long, I enjoyed this book. It held my attention throughout and had just enough drama in it to keep pulling you along.

Dreams From My Father

I enjoyed this book and felt that it was very clear where he came from and where he was headed. I think it shows a lot about how and why he runs the country the way he does and how it's not easy to rattle his cage. I thought the book was very interesting and worth the time to read it.

Wench

It was an awesome read and continued to pull you in from the beginning. It was written from a slaves point of view and gave some beautiful insight into how they were treated and what they went through, as well as their dreams to get out. I would highly recommend this book.
