I felt it was a fun read. I was able to identify with some of the thoughts and feelings she was having. I also could identify with her troubles raising a puppy as I have two dogs of my own.
Definitely a book worth reading.
I thought this book was excellent. It held my attention from the first page. I was very eager to start it and I am hoping my book club feels the same way.
This was a great book, fun and a very easy, light read. I couldn't put it down. It was like reading a gossip column every day to see what drama happened next to my favorite movie star. I recommended this book to others and continue to do so.
Our book club loved this book! We were all pleasantly surprised. It told the story of Jacob and his family through the eyes of his only daughter and the challenges she was faced with as a young girl growing into womanhood during biblical times. Definitely a must read. I recommend it to everyone I talk to.
I found myself wanting to finish this book however I felt it was too long. I think it could have been written in two parts, at least. Many people in our group did not finish the book. There was so much going on in the book that I had trouble keeping it all straight. I did enjoy reading the book however. I could not put it down. I would definitely recommend the book and for those who stopped reading, I would urge continue, it is worth it.
This was a fun book to read, unfortunately I was unable to finish it due to time constraints.

This was a great book. Very informative but still to fun to read. The characters were very real. Everyone in our book club loved it.
