This was a great book club book - it generated important discussion about human kindness and compassion. It truly inspired every member of the book club to "pay it forward" which we intend to do individually and as a unified group. It was a very quick but insightful read. I strongly cencourage other clubs to read this novella, particularly around the holdiay seasons!
This promoted great personal reflections on our own lives. We all brought OUR OWN list to our BC meeting and shared our dreams/goals with each other...
This book itself was forgetable, but our discussion was wonderful!

Our book club just read this book. It produced some great discussions and certainly lends itself to the "what if I had done things differently" conversation, that EVERYONE in the book club can participate in. We had deep, personal, and extremely insightful conversations about our own lives from just using the questions in the back of the book. I highly recommend it if your book club is a group of friends!
no plot. slow and confusing at times. interesting at times. I do not recommend it for a book club read.
A good book club choice... it promoted a good discussion.
One of the better book club discussion we have had stemmed from Sarah' Key. It was a beautiful, haunting story that will stay with you for a long time. Don't miss out!
