This is a good book, but I would label it as young adult-not adult fiction.
The reviews were so good for this book that I couldn't wait to get started. Once I started it, I felt like it was NEVER going to end. The story just went on forever with so many outlandish components thrown in that it totally lost any credibility as a novel. I will be honest and say that I was bored reading this. The story begins in a very interesting way with the explosion and the theft-but it goes downhill from there.
If you are looking for a book that will stay with you long after you read it, THIS is that book. Beautifully written story about the somewhat taboo decision to end one's own life. This poignant novel is so perfect in every way. Moyes writing is wonderful and this story is haunting.
