And the Mountains Echoed

This book had too many characters and situations that made it confusing at times. At the end, we saw how they related eventually to each other. Many of our members were confused as to which characters did what and with whom.

Several silly concepts. Didn't like the main character. Some situations rather ridiculous. Bringing in too many extaneous people and situations that have little to do with the story. Occasional interesting concepts, but not enough to make it a good book.
