Crying in H Mart: A Memoir by Michelle Zauner

Beautiful, Insightful, Gloomy

I believe this memoir could have been best portrayed if the author had a few more years of life lived and wisdom gained. Possibly after she herself had children, a deeper understanding of the generational trauma that had occurred with her grandmother, her mother and herself would be more apparent and carried on or perhaps changed. I believe this could have given the audience a more entertaining read and a hopeful desire for a better outcome for generations to come.
