The cover description said like Gone Girl or Girl on the Train so I expected more of a twist. The twist wasn't there and the book would have been better if it had been. I had a difficult time getting into the book in the first 40 pages but then finished it in a day. Easy to read with few key characters, but the characters lacked depth.
